At the Huth family's ancestral home, the tradition of Viennese cuisine has been celebrated since 2001. A wonderfully sumptuous collection of dishes from the former grandeur of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy. A place where a strict distinction is made between sweet and dessert dishes.


The Emperor's favorite dish, Tafelspitz, part of the world-famous Viennese beef, is featured in all its variations on the menu, alongside hearty beef soups, the classic Wiener Schnitzel (veal schnitzel), the Viennese favorite, Backhendl (fried chicken), and many other delicacies.
